Check-in process was delayed until after the advertised time.

The hotel rooms were no more than average, with absurd glass screens that made the shower visible to the whole room, and visible if anyone opened the room door, and they were small. The coffee facility was very poor with plastic bottled water which was definitely not up to 5-star standard. On the positive side, the service at Boscolo Nice was marvellous and extremely hospitable, making it a wonderful experience at a difficult time for the city.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with slow service and limited options. The facilities, such as the pool area, were well-maintained and enjoyable.
