Boscolo Nice Hotel & Spa, Nice

The service is polite and helpful, with some disorganization observed. The location is convenient, close to transportation, although road work noise can be disruptive. The dining experience is impressive with a varied buffet, though there were delays for cooked breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the center, but the rooms were a bit worn out compared to other options nearby. The hotel rooms were no more than average, with absurd glass screens that made the shower visible to the whole room, and visible if anyone opened the room door, and they were small. The coffee facility was very poor with plastic bottled water which was definitely not up to 5-star standard. On the positive side, the service at Boscolo Nice was marvellous and extremely hospitable, making it a wonderful experience at a difficult time for the city.
